A Gosman kit is the building our crews would put up, sold as a package for you to build yourself. The metal is manufactured at Madison Metals and the trusses are built at Madison Truss, both on our Madison property.
Buying from the people who make it
Your kit starts at the same Madison property as our crew-built projects: panels cut to your building, coordinated paint codes, and materials itemized for the design you choose.
A Gosman kit is a materials package for the building you choose. When you purchase it, you receive an itemized materials list. It does not include labor or overhead doors.
It also means the building is never orphaned. A replacement panel or trim is a phone call to the same property the kit came from.

- What does a pole barn kit include?
- When you purchase your kit, you receive an itemized materials list for the building you describe. Labor and overhead doors are not included in the kit.
- Is kit material the same as what your crews build with?
- Yes. The same panels manufactured at Madison Metals and the same engineered trusses built at Madison Truss go into a kit as into a building we put up ourselves.
- Can I have you build it instead?
- Yes — most people do. Ask for the building priced as a kit and priced built, and compare.
